Cloves - Cinnamon: Effective in alleviating symptoms of colds, bronchitis, cough, and high fever, as well as relieving mouth and throat inflammation. It can be consumed by brewing with spices, with cinnamon standing out. The active ingredients in cinnamon and cloves strengthen the immune system, fighting against viruses and microbes.
Elderberry - Mint: Beneficial for flu, cough, and cold. Relieves cold symptoms and soothes the chest. It is recommended to be consumed by brewing with mint.
Ginger Root - Lemon: Helps with colds and aids digestion when consumed with lemon. A mixture of fresh ginger, lemon juice, and honey can be beneficial when feeling fatigue, weakness, or pain in the throat or body.

Sage Tea: The volatile components it contains are effective against infections and inflammations in the mouth and throat. It is beneficial for colds, flu, and bronchitis. Steep 2-3 bags of medicinal sage tea in 150 ml of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Gargle 6-8 times a day when it reaches a temperature tolerable to your throat.
