 The fact that the sun may genuinely treat skin issues is another advantage. You may be wondering how the sun may genuinely treat skin disorders given you've probably been told about the risks of getting a sunburn since you were a child.


It's true, claims a tiny organization by the name of the World Health Organization. For the treatment of conditions such as psoriasis, acne, jaundice, and eczema, doctors have suggested exposure to UV radiation. Therefore, give the sun a chance to play doctor before you rush outside and begin slathering your face with creams and wipes.

Finally, it's crucial to remember that sunscreen is something we do advise. You should protect your skin if you plan to spend more than 15 minutes outside. Applying sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 15 is advised.
