Material:
- 200 gr chicken meat, chopped until soft
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 100 gr cornstarch
- Enough dumpling skin
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- Salt and sugar to taste
- Enough ice water
How to make chicken Bandung siomay:
a. Put the chicken into the mixture containing eggs, sesame oil, soy sauce, spring onions, garlic, pepper, salt and sugar, knead until it becomes a smooth dough.
b. Slowly pour the ice water into the mixture while continuing to stir.
c. Add cornstarch slowly, stir again.
d. Take the dumpling skin and fill it with dough.
e. Fold and steam for 30 minutes.
f. Enjoy with peanut sauce and delicious chili sauce.

Fish Siomay
Material:
- 200 gr mackerel fish meat, cut and puree
- 100 gr cornstarch
- Enough dumpling skin
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Pepper, salt and sugar to taste
- Enough ice water
How to make Bandung mackerel fish dumplings:
a. Mix eggs, sesame oil, spring onions, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper with mashed mackerel fish.
b. Pour in the ice water slowly.
c. Add cornstarch slowly, keep stirring until evenly mixed.
d. Take the dumpling skin and fill it with 1 tablespoon of dough.
e. Fold over the pangit skin until it's finished.
f. Steam for 30 minutes and remove.
g. Ready to be served with various complementary ingredients.
