Hell yeah! Exercise. Love it! Yes, you heard that right. That thing that makes you sweat, pant, and sometimes curse under your breath.

Ok, Ok, It might not sound amazing, but trust me, it's the secret sauce to life, especially if you spend most of your time, in front of a bright screen that is trying to suck you in, like my laptop seems to be trying to do.

First things first, exercise is like a magic potion for your brain. When you work up a sweat, you're not just burning calories, you're also releasing a flood of endorphins ( I am not a scientist, but that is a good thing) that can elevate your mood and make you feel like you're on top of the world (if you cannot find the limitless pill, exercise is a good option anon). Now that I think about it, lately, I think the number of people around me doing exercise is substantially increasing. Maybe social media is helpful after all - Exercise is going trendy!

I decided to share a couple of reasons, regarding why I chose to exercise.
There are multiple benefits regarding exercising that you can see below - If you are from a functional country, you should already be familiar with all of them, but you may be American, so you should probably spend 3 minutes and take a look (just joking my dear Uncle Sam’s nephew):

Obvious body changes
So, it's not just about the happy chemicals that work like a free drug, provided by the trustworthy dealer (which in this case is you). Regular exercise can turn you into a real-life Chad ( you can be the one), giving you strength, flexibility, and endurance that you never thought possible, plus the well-known chin. Suddenly, you'll find yourself lifting 10 tons of grocery bags with ease and opening f*cking pickle jars effortlessly, having the possibility of impressing your future girlfriends with your enormous strength.

Mental Improvement
It’s not only about the looks! It’s about the mental! Start feeling good in your own skin. It's not about conforming to societal standards of beauty, it's about feeling confident. Exercise more, simp less! I am clearly joking, you will still be the same person, however feeling better about yourself, will maybe give you a new way of acting in determinate situations.

Live stress-free…sort of
We all know life can be a rollercoaster of emotions - shitty days at work, family discussions, looking at your portfolio - but regular exercise can help to reduce stress, helping you to keep your cool even in the most chaotic situations. For me to be honest I think is the music that does it, or podcasts or motivational speech or whatever. While doing an exercise I can be in my own World, and even think about stressful incidents, since I am putting energy into my exercise, I tend to not stress about my thoughts which allows me to asses situations in a different manner. Plus good music helps in the process (Madonna’s material girl, starts playing).

Chart of life looking bullish
Regular exercise doesn't just make you feel good in the present, it's an investment in your future self. It can significantly lower your risk of diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, and even some forms of cancer, amongst other BS that you don’t want to deal with. And the best thing, it doesn’t even have to be a hard kind of exercise. By being active you are already working on improving your lifestyle and prospects for a longer future. Again, we spend too much time in front of a bright screen, and we finish the day feeling completely destroyed, but in my case, when I do exercise I feel super energized. It’s a different kind of tiredness. A good one. Not a sick one.

So yeah, these are the basic reasons why I exercise, the biggest one related to "rest" from the daily routine and freeing my mind from the spells of this tool that I am using right now, to share my experience.
