Once a man and his son were flying kites on the rooftop of their house. The kite was flying very high, it was touching the clouds. Then his son says to that person that Papa, this kite is tied to this string, due to which it is not going higher. This string should be broken.
Hearing this from his son, his father breaks the string on his request. His son is very happy. When that kite breaks, it reaches a great height. But then after some time it goes far away and falls down on its own.
Seeing this the man's son becomes sad. Then the person tells him that often we feel that there are some things stopping us from going even higher than the heights we are at.
Like our discipline, relationships, parents and family. Because of this we feel that we are not succeeding in our life because of this. We should become free from all this.
As the kite remains tied to its string and with the help of that string it reaches many heights. Similarly, we are also tied to our family and relatives.
If we remain connected to this thread, we will touch many heights. But if we break this thread, then like this kite, we will be able to fly successfully only for some time. In the end we will fall down.
As long as this kite reaches new heights, it is still tied to its string. But when the kite is freed from its string, it falls down within some time.
Similarly, we should also remain tied to the thread of relationships in our lives. Due to which we always keep achieving new heights in our life.
