Hello friends, whenever we feel motivated and have a lot of enthusiasm and passion to do something, then we make our goal and start working on it. The first few days are very productive and we complete a lot of our work.

But gradually those days start coming when we don't feel like working, we slowly move away from work, and soon our consistency also breaks and we again reach the same place from where we started. Had started, 99% of us live life like this.

A little time's motivation, a little hard work and then back to the same old habits. This is the reason why we should know how to be consistent. If there is one secret to becoming successful that can leave talent and every other advantage behind, it is consistency.

How to be consistent?

This means that our focus should not be on being consistent but on building discipline within ourselves.

By doing this you will get some exercise. And your discipline consistency will also remain.

And this is the thing that will bring you success one day. You spend quality time especially on those days when you don't feel like working at all. Because this is what will make you different from others.

While other people sit comfortably after a point, there is a goal in front of you that pulls you towards it and behind you is the fear of not achieving your potential, motivating you to run away from it towards your goal.

In one of his research, Jaak Panksepp, one of the world's greatest psychobiologists, observed when the motivation circuits present in the brains of rats are most activated. Since the foundation of our brain is also made up of animalistic circuitry, we can learn a lot about our own biological and psychological behavior by studying the behavior of other animals.

So they observed that when a hungry rat is searching for something to eat, scientists can measure with how much force it pulls that fixed spring by attaching a spring to its tail.

The more force there is, the more motivation the rat will have to reach its goal and normally a hungry rat shows a certain motivational force, but when scientists spread cat's force in that environment, then the rat gets scared and it Want to get out of the environment as soon as possible.

The interesting thing for us here is that after being scared, the rat feels more motivated and it pulls that spring faster so that it can reach its food faster. And along with filling your stomach, you can also save your life.

This means that the secret of being consistent and always motivated and disciplined is that you want to get out of your present situations and have a big goal, the thought of which makes you emotional, you want to move towards it.

When you understand in this way then it becomes very easy for you to do every work. Because you don't see anything else, you know that you have only one way to improve your life and you do anything to reach your goal.

This is the story of every person who starts from zero, he is not happy with his present situation, so he starts working hard to get out of it, he has a dream in his mind, which is true in his heart. I keep this fire alive and after some time of fighting and struggling, he stands among the stars.

We should also act like that scared rat to always remain motivated and consistent. This is the point where your motivation peaks.

Whereas those people who are not so hard working, they give up after achieving a little or they are not able to remain consistent and make excuses, they are like a rat who thinks that he has got his goal i.e. food. And he has now come to a safe environment away from the cat i.e. any kind of danger.

So friends, my recommendation is that if you set any goal, then even if your motivation ends, keep doing that work even without mind.

Even if you do that work for just an hour or a few minutes a day, do it every day.

Meaning, even if you are demotivated, maintain discipline.

Discipline means that whatever you have decided, you have to do it under any circumstances. Meaning, if you want to go to the gym, you have to go, even if you don't do anything after going to the gym, you definitely have to go.
