New Wallet tracking tools are added all the time. Arkham is a fresh twist, with plenty of potential and a possible second airdrop.

There’s a perception by many that the blockchain is privacy focused however it’s not until you start exploring the space that you realize this is simply untrue. While there’s plenty of privacy focused coins that are able to provide privacy functions, many blockchains simply require the right tools to explore the blockchain easily.
In today’s article, we’ll be exploring one of these tools and looking at various features, within the package including bounty hunting, transaction flagging and more. Arkham Intelligence, Lets get to it!

If you’re an airdrop hunter the name Arkham might already be familiar to you. In 2023, Arkham provided an airdrop for users of the platform. While the initial airdrop was lucrative, the rumor mill says that that we may see more of this as the year unfolds. So putting the benefits of the platform aside, there is quite the incentive to continue using and test the platform as much as possible. Today, we’ll show you how to register, and what actions to carry out on the platform to become eligible for any future airdrop.

Using Arkham: The Dashboard
Firstly you’ll need to register for an Arkham account. Feel free to do so using our referral link. Once you’re done, feel free to share your own referral link with others within your circle. Any additional referrals will assist you in building the platform interaction needed for further airdrop qualification.

Firstly you’ll want to build yourself your login dashboard, that shows you tools, wallets, and other resources at your login page. While there’s no default standard for this, you can customize it to show you wallets, chains and other useful resources on login. We kept ours simple, but as you can see, we’re tracking BTC, ETH and SOL and keeping an eye on the top BTC wallets so we can be informed about whale movements.
Choose any combination to make your own dashboard, just make sure that you do it before you move on to the next task.

If you’ve a careful eye, you’ll notice that in that top wallet list we have the Silk Road wallet, as well as a few others of interest. While these addresses and quantities are quite well known, it’s still interesting to be able to track them internally and flag updates as they come through.

Do you have any wallets of interest that you may be interested in tracking??

Using Arkham: The Visualizer
One of the tools that seems to be particularly useful is the Visualization tool. Operating as described, visualizer allows transactions to be tracked and flagged, and is particularly useful when we are attempting to “follow the money”.

We’ve included an example for you to look at that shows the effectiveness of this data. In the below picture, we’ve requested a visualization of the Silk Road wallet. As you can see, we’ve requested all transactions, which shows us the date, time and quantity of coins exchanged between wallets. As you could imagine, when you’re trying to backtrack wallets or identify hackers and scammers, this is particularly useful. No Monero, no hiding!

We can also inspect each blockchain independently of the other. Here’s Ethereum in all its glory looking at some wEth transactions.

Using Arkham: Alerts
While you’re able to manually track transactions through the visualizer and wallet tracker, sometimes you may need to know when funds are moving and where they are off to. You can use the Alert function for this.

While many tools rely on email alerts to keep things moving, Arkham is unique as you can use other notification methods to keep things streamlined. We use a telegram bot to push notifications into a dedicated chat, however you can use the method that best suits your circumstances.

We are also able to track transactions by dollar value, meaning that we can filter transactions above or below a specific dollar amount should we chose to.

Alerting is a particularly useful function that most people should find helpful. Just ensure that you’re not tracking hi volume wallets, lest you overload your inbox or group chat with transaction alerts or alternately use a burner email address for your alerts so you aren’t drowning your main inbox when they come through. One last tip though. If you’re concerned about your own wallets, why not flag an alert on them? While it wont prevent you from hacks and scams, it will provide you with near instant notification should you be involved with one and are unlucky enough to have your funds compromised.

Just be aware that for standard users you have an alert limit. The monthly allowance is 200 alerts, which works out to around 25 or so per week. While it might not be enough for power users, the average user should be able to get some use out of this.
Some people may find this too few, but for others it should be adequate. Source: Arkham Intelligence
Attracting plenty of controversy, the Intel Exchange is still an extremely useful tool that’s available to anyone. Source: Arkham Intelligence

Using Arkham: Intelligence Exchange
One of our favorite Arkham features also tends to be one of the most controversial. Funny how that works out.Known as the Intelligence Exchange or sarcastically called Dox to Earn, the Intelligence Exchange aims to provide Investigative Services and Blockchain Analysis to anyone who needs it.

Using Smart Contracts and a token native to the program, the way it works is extremely simple. People who are interested in receiving data simply put a bounty of their choosing into a smart contract, nominate their investigative target on the exchange and leave it at that.
Freelancers will come and look at your post, and should someone decide to act on it then the process is only a few steps from submission to payout.

Your contract bounty hunter will process their submission with evidence required for validation and prepare that for staking. There’s also a cost for each submission that’s paid in the native token, hopefully eliminating poor quality submissions and providing an incentive for accurate work.

There’s also a wide range of bounties ranging from simple, to intense along with everything in between. We can also see that the bounties are quite lucrative. Anything linked to the FTX hack will net you a cool 100,000 ARKM tokens which is worth around $45,000 USD at the current rate.

Using Arkham: The Oracle
One of the more intriguing features of Arkham is known as “The Oracle”.
This AI based chat bot is designed to assist users in engaging with the platform effectively, including carrying out wallet / chain based analysis.

However our own usage with it has had little success. While it works and is useful in some instances it mostly appears to come across as a restricted version of chat GPT, able to converse but adding nothing particularly useful to the conversation. However Oracle is in it’s early test phases meaning that it should improve with time and growth.

Given we need to engage with as much of the platform that we can to ensure eligibility for the airdrop you’ll still need to have a look and ask it some questions and have a conversation with it, however if you’re intending to use AI based tools to assist you, you should know their are far better options to help you along the way.
Oracle claims to be amazing but is really kind of Meh. The rest of Arkham however is awesome! Source: Arkham Intelligence

In Closing:
So to recap, we need to explore certain parts of the platform to qualify for the next airdrop. So before we close out today’s article, let’s do a quick checklist to ensure we’re able to confirm we’ve completed the requirements.
Once we’ve registered before finishing ensure that you have:

  1. Set an Alert
  2. Created a Dashboard
  3. Browsed the Intelligence Exchange
  4. Referred a User using your own Link
  5. Had a chat with the AI based Oracle.
  6. Used the Visualizer

Providing you’re able to complete all this, you’ll have undertaken what you can to make yourself eligible for the next drop, which hopefully isn’t too far away.

While we can’t assume that airdrops will always occur, using, supporting and assisting in growing the platform along with regular check-ins will leave you in the best possible position to land your free tokens if and when it occurs.
