Judge declares Craig Wright is not Satoshi Nakamoto

After a month, the trial of the COPA lawsuit accusing Craig Wright of impersonating Bitcoin founder Satoshi Nakamoto has finally come to an end.

According to CoinDesk, at the final argument in the lawsuit between Craig Wright and a non-profit organization called Crypto Open Patent Alliance (COPA), Judge James Mellor of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland declared Craig Wright's father is not Bitcoin founder Satoshi Nakamoto, meaning the ruling is in favor of COPA.
The Judge's statement was made after finding much "overwhelming" evidence from COPA, enough to prove Australian computer scientist Craig Wright:

- Not Satoshi Nakamoto;

- Not the author of the Bitcoin whitepaper;

- Not the creator of Bitcoin and the technology behind this currency.

As reported, Craig Wright - a man of Australian nationality - has long claimed to be the "father of Bitcoin", as well as many other titles such as computer scientist, economist, and expert. cryptologist, mathematician, author, lawyer, inventor and martial arts master - over the years has regularly attacked and threatened Bitcoin programmers, launching lawsuits to gain rights ownership of intellectual property related to the world's largest cryptocurrency.

Many prominent figures in the cryptocurrency industry have openly expressed their discomfort with Craig Wright. Vitalik Buterin once stated that he did not believe Wright was Satoshi, and Binance under the direction of former CEO Changpeng Zhao in 2019 even delisted the Bitcoin SV (BSV) project backed by Wright as a way to boycott the employee. this object.

By 2021, unable to bear the injustice any longer, COPA decided to sue Wright in court in the UK. The case has begun to be heard behind closed doors at the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in London (UK) since February 6, under the chairmanship of Judge Mellor.

The advantage of the trials was in favor of the COPA organization, constantly pointing out loopholes in Wright's testimony to prove that he was not the creator of Bitcoin to prevent this person from suing other developers. or claim intellectual property rights to this technology.

On the contrary, the person who always claims to be the "father of Bitcoin" Craig Wright continuously refuses to provide evidence to confirm that he is Satoshi Nakamoto, along with his self-deprecating attitude and bold words that avoid providing information. Any documents related to the early days of Bitcoin's formation.

Especially when questioned about programming knowledge, Craig Wright could not give a satisfactory answer even though he declared that he was working to receive up to 5 doctorate degrees in this field.
